According to Automobilwoche, Tesla Inc. plans to begin manufacturing in Germany in December and expects to produce up to 30,000 cars in the first half of 2022.
The business had hoped to begin production in July, but the delay was caused by a lack of environmental clearance. According to the magazine, local authorities are anticipated to provide the required permissions in the next few days.
The Gigafactory outside Berlin has already created five Model Y prototypes, but they have yet to be put into production. According to Automobilwoche, manufacturing will begin in January with 1,000 vehicles each week and steadily rise.
